NACD – National Association for Child Development is based in Utah, USA. The organisation has over 30 years of scientific research on brain plasticity and has developed strategies and programs that can be used to improve all aspects of the brain function. With scientifically proven results, they follow the philosophy that all children, challenged, typical, or gifted can learn faster and accomplish more if they are provided with the opportunity. NACD has serviced clients all over the world and now has an Australian / NZ coach offering programs and evaluations using the NACD toolbox. NACD programs have had proven success in helping children with all types of labels – Autism spectrum, brain deficiencies, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, gifted children and able children who simply want to do better.
NACD programs can be accessed in Australia through CEADA and through ABMS managed childcare and OOSH centres. NACD programs are designed to address and eliminate specific learning, behavioural, physical and development problems. They are suitable for children with the following:
- Autism Spectrum
- Cerebral Palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Genetic disorders
- Birth Defects
- Learning difficulties
- or a typical child who wants to better their learning.
